Editing and finishing videos for social media, TV and live events, including institutional content, commercials, tutorials, trailers and 360° campaigns, ensuring engaging storytelling and high visual impact;
Creating motion design assets for campaigns, institutional content and event support materials, including 2D and 3D animations, bumpers, transitions and animated graphic elements;
Organizing and processing raw footage, structuring narratives aligned with scripts, briefs and communication objectives;
Preparing and adapting deliverables in different formats, aspect ratios and resolutions, ensuring consistency and quality across multiple channels;
Developing and evolving motion identities for brands, campaigns and projects, strengthening the visual language;
Creating animated layouts and original compositions when necessary, based on materials from the creative team;
Adjusting pacing, cuts and movements to ensure narrative flow, aesthetic coherence and visual impact;
Interpreting briefs, scripts, storyboards and animatics, actively participating in meetings and contributing ideas and creative solutions;
Presenting concepts and deliverables, open to feedback and continuous refinement of pieces;
Estimating production demands and aligning deadlines and resource needs when required;
Using AI video-generation tools in the creative and production process;
Organizing files, versions, folders and backups according to team standards;
Collaborating with art direction, copywriting, design, marketing and audiovisual teams;
Supporting the creation of presentations and materials for internal and external use;
Ensuring alignment with the brand's visual and verbal guidelines;
Proposing improvements, innovations and new approaches to strengthen video and motion design identity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Audiovisual Media, Advertising, Film, Communications or related fields;
Previous experience in video editing and motion design for institutional, advertising or digital content projects;
Proficiency with editing and animation tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and similar software);
Knowledge of 2D animation and basic 3D concepts applied to audiovisual pieces;
Ability to translate scripts and briefs into clear, creative and well-structured visual narratives;
Familiarity with different formats and adaptations for digital media and social networks;
Hands-on experience in video editing and motion design;
Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Experience with AI video-generation tools (Magnific, Kling, Seedance, Google Nano Banana);
Availability to work in a hybrid format: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote (home office).
