Role Overview
- Define optimal journey paths and touchpoints by evaluating conversion and ROI
- Translate journey designs into activation plans that can be executed across multiple channels and platforms
- Uncover actionable journey insights through structured test and learn
- Partner with MarTech and channel owners to operationalize journeys
- Define the end to end measurement framework, including KPIs
- Manage end to end delivery timelines, QA, deployment workflows, and risks/controls
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Bachelors degree
- Detail oriented growth marketer
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to navigate decision makers in a matrixed environment
- Bias toward action and clarity
