Role Overview
- Configuring, modifying, testing, and maintaining Epic & other Clinical applications
- Designing, verifying, documenting, amending and refactoring complex software configurations for deployment
- Investigating and resolving issues relating to applications
- Developing and executing test plans and test cases
- Collaborating across parties involved in product, systems or service design and development to enable comprehensive test coverage
- Ensuring that incidents are handled according to agreed procedures
- Documenting and closing resolved incidents
Requirements
