Role Overview
- Own end-to-end execution of recurring US payroll cycles with precision
- Lead payroll initiatives of moderate-to-high complexity from scoping through delivery
- Act as a process owner to diagnose root causes of recurring issues and design scalable solutions
- Support equity-to-payroll workflows
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ADP and Workday HCM
- Drive compliance, audit readiness, and controls
- Identify gaps in workflows and escalate appropriately
- Contribute to the long-term vision of the team
Requirements
- 4–6 years of progressive, hands-on experience processing complex, multi-state US payroll
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience working in modern payroll and HCM platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday HCM)
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with HRIS, Accounting, Tax, Benefits, and Legal
