About this role
Role Overview
Partner with Holding Division leaders to shape and execute a forward-looking workforce strategy aligned with Group priorities
Act as a strategic advisor in the design and delivery of transformation and change initiatives within the Group
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and solutions
Leverage HR data, analytics, and insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous organizational improvement
Lead the end-to-end talent agenda across the Holding, including strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
Drive the adoption and effective use of HR technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance efficiency and the employee experience
Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Expertise and regional teams to continuously evolve HR processes, policies, and programs in line with business needs and Group standards
Requirements
Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive HR or business experience
Proven track record of building effective relationships with business leaders and driving strategic initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
Creative mindset with the ability to operate outside your comfort zone
