Design and deliver identity management and workplace security solutions that meet client requirements and timelines
Serve as the technical authority to lead Identity Management and Workplace Security engagements
Work closely with co-workers (internally), end-users (externally), and vendor representatives (Microsoft) on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS Teams
Mentor and develop Consultants, Engineers and Technicians on the team
Function as a technical expert, with strong customer interaction skills
Advise on, implement, and manage complex solution and service deployments for clients
Stay on top of new trends and technology updates
Continually fine-tune delivery, adoption, and problem-solving skills

Computer Science / Information Technology degree or diploma or equivalent industry experience
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
8+ years’ work experience in a client-facing professional services role, or 10 + years of related, progressively senior industry experience
Updated Certifications and training to include; Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst Associate, and Security Administrator Associate
