Line management of four Account Management employees
Coaching, performance evaluations, employee development and HR reporting
Regular collaboration with business lines and competence centers to continuously develop the service offering
Strategic account planning and development of the team's clients
Responsible for recruitment, selection and structured onboarding of new employees
Establishing, maintaining and further developing processes, structures and guidelines
Design and implementation of advisory models and consulting formats (Trusted Advisor)
Ensuring sustainable knowledge and competency management
Ensuring compliance with Axians Somnitec AG's normative requirements
Direct management of a strategic existing customer portfolio as the primary point of contact
Budget responsibility and revenue planning for own clients
Ensuring and measuring customer satisfaction
Conducting regular account and steering committee meetings

Several years of senior-level leadership experience in Account Management
Industry experience in IT (MSP environment)
Completed HF (higher vocational) or FH (university of applied sciences) qualification with a business/management or comparable background
Know-how in strategic account planning and customer development
Experience in budget planning and revenue responsibility
Leadership experience including recruitment, coaching and development of employees
Experience in designing advisory and consulting formats (Trusted Advisor)
Strong understanding of quality, processes and structures
Excellent written and spoken German and English

Flexible working hours with a 40-hour week and option for part-time
Up to 5 days per week location-independent work; home office or remote work from within Switzerland possible
Flexibility and willingness to be on-site one day per week by arrangement
25 days' vacation per year (27 days from age 40 / 30 days from age 50)
