Manage and grow a portfolio of 125 – 150 corporate partners and prospects through all stages of the relationship lifecycle
Develop and execute strategies to secure new corporate partnerships while increasing revenue and engagement from existing partners
Create customized proposals, presentations, sponsorship packages, and partnership agreements
Meet or exceed annual revenue goals
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned corporate partners
Collaborate with Development, Marketing & Communications, Events, Mission, Advocacy, and field staff
Leverage volunteer leaders, board members, and executive leadership to cultivate, solicit, and steward key corporate relationships
Represent The ALS Association at meetings, conferences, networking events, and community engagements
Maintain accurate records, revenue forecasts, and partnership activity within Salesforce
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
4 years of experience in corporate fundraising, corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, business development, account management, or a related field
Demonstrated success securing and growing corporate partnerships with measurable revenue outcomes
Experience managing a portfolio of corporate donors, sponsors, or business relationships
Strong communication, presentation, proposal-writing, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel up to 20%
