About this role
Role Overview
Planning and executing live webinars and virtual events end-to-end, including event setup, registration, live production, recording, and post-event follow-up.
Managing event logistics on virtual event platforms such as Microsoft Teams Live, ON24, GoToWebinar, or similar tools, ensuring a seamless attendee and speaker experience.
Building and coordinating event invitations and registrations, including audience segmentation, email communications, reminders, and real-time registration monitoring.
Training and supporting internal and external speakers through platform guidance, rehearsals, and live technical moderation during events.
Acting as a virtual events platform administrator, maintaining templates, access, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving engagement features such as polling, Q&A, or captions.
Managing a global virtual events calendar and collaborating with regional marketing teams across different time zones.
Coordinating with external agencies and vendors when additional production support is required, including budget and delivery oversight.
Tracking event performance and preparing post-event reports covering attendance, engagement metrics, and lead or pipeline attribution.
Requirements
Hands-on experience in planning and delivering webinars or virtual events end-to-end
Strong operational and process-driven mindset, with attention to detail and quality standards.
Experience working with virtual event platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams Live, ON24, GoToWebinar or similar).
Proven ability to manage and support speakers and stakeholders in a live, high-pressure environment.
Experience working in an international context with cross-regional teams and time zones.
Solid understanding of post-event reporting, engagement metrics, and marketing performance tracking.
