Repair composite/fiberglass/metal damage on the aircraft
Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems
Configures aircraft and bench test equipment
Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components
Documents procedures and establishes processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance
Comply with safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Inspect components and verify repairs for flightworthiness
Works under general direction, interfacing with On-Site Program Management
Ability to perform as part of a cohesive team, working toward a common goal
Requirements
Must have 3+ years’ experience with sheet metal work
Must have 1+ years’ experience with composite repair
Must have 1+ years’ experience with painting aircraft/components
Must have one of the following: Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA), Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), Avionics Technician (AME-E) licensed or Military equivalent
Must be legally able to work in Canada
Must consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment
Individuals must not pose a risk for safeguarding controlled goods
Must be eligible for Secret Level II security clearance
Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
