About this role

At least 5 years of software development experience with .NET and React.
Ability to write high-quality, well-structured, and testable code, with strong object-oriented programming skills and/or solid design principles.
Experience with automated testing (unit and/or integration tests).
Experience using Git for version control and collaborating via pull requests.
Experience with SQL databases and fundamentals of data modeling.
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
Use of Generative AI applied to development, employing tools responsibly with critical judgment and human validation.
Spec-Driven Development and organization of context for AI (e.g., /specify, /plan).
Prompt Engineering (writing instructions, contexts, and constraints for LLMs).
