Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

Role Overview

• Perform insurance adjudication, customer service, and patient collection functions
• Partner with internal departments to resolve issues
• Point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries
• Use software and company systems for data reporting
• Respond to and resolve issues related to claim adjudication

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Job related/Industry experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent problem solving/analysis collaboration
• Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail
• Leadership experience preferred
