Acts as the regional strategic Access Leader within the German Market Access organization.
Responsible for designing and implementing innovative healthcare delivery/access projects.
Optimizes patient pathways and actively engages relevant stakeholders.
Develops and implements regional, product
and indication-specific care projects.
Proactively expands and strengthens existing healthcare networks.

University degree in health economics, natural sciences, business/economics, or relevant equivalent professional experience.
Professional competence in accordance with § 75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz, AMG).
Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in Market Access, health policy, or a comparable role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Solid knowledge of the German healthcare system, reimbursement processes, and regulatory framework.
In-depth understanding of health policy and legal frameworks governing the economic use of medicines.
Experience in strategic, cross-regional collaboration with key decision-makers.
Proven experience working in cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic skills and excellent project management capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
