Tech Stack Operations: Handle day-to-day administration and workflows across the brand's ecosystem: Claude, Stripe, WhatsApp, Instagram, and BetterPractice.
System Stewardship: Keep digital workflows running smoothly, protecting the integrity of the brand in everything you touch, and flagging any issues before they affect the client experience.
Requirements
Niche Industry Experience: Direct background working within wellness, somatic, holistic, or clinical-adjacent spaces. You understand the sensitivity, ethics, and psychological safety required in this territory.
Grounded Communication Style: Exceptional C1/C2 verbal and written English. You write and communicate in a way that feels human, considered, and deeply aligned with an intentional brand voice.
Self-Directed Execution: Highly proactive by nature. You naturally anticipate operational needs rather than waiting for isolated instructions.
Technical Capability: Comfortable navigating systems, managing software tools, and keeping client data organized.
Relational Presence: Someone who can hold a calm, supportive, and grounded presence—whether in written communication or supporting client-facing operational moments.
Bonus Asset: Prior experience with or a strong personal familiarity with Somatics is a genuine plus.
