Own and execute the company's global marketing strategy, including brand positioning, demand generation, content marketing, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and product marketing.
Develop and optimize inbound and outbound marketing funnels that drive qualified 3PL partnerships and platform sign-ups.
Build scalable lead generation systems and nurturing programs across email, LinkedIn, and other acquisition channels.
Develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with 3PL providers, e-commerce merchants, and supply chain stakeholders.
Partner closely with the CEO to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, market expansion plans, and strategic partnerships.
Continuously evaluate growth opportunities, customer acquisition strategies, and market trends to support business growth.
Identify, research, and evaluate potential 3PL partners across global markets based on capabilities, geographic coverage, and strategic fit.
Build and maintain a structured database of prospective partners, including service offerings, contact information, engagement history, and partnership status.
Execute outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce the platform and generate partnership opportunities.
Conduct initial qualification and discovery conversations to assess partnership potential and business fit.
Prepare prospect profiles, competitive analyses, service gap assessments, and recommended engagement strategies.
Monitor website traffic, user behavior, order flows, conversion rates, and user journeys to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
Requirements
6–8+ years of experience in marketing, growth, business development, partnerships, or related leadership roles.
Proven success within a 3PL, logistics, freight forwarding, B2B supply chain technology, marketplace, or related environment.
Strong understanding of both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
Experience designing and executing outreach and nurturing sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Deep understanding of global logistics markets, industry dynamics, pricing structures, and competitive landscapes.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with experience using modern marketing and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, CRM systems, automation tools, and reporting platforms.
Shopify and broader e-commerce ecosystem experience is highly preferred.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
