Build and optimize automated email flows, including welcome series, onboarding, nurture campaigns, abandoned cart, win-back, and re-engagement journeys.
Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, retention, and churn.
Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve email content, subject lines, timing, and customer journeys.
Collaborate with our creative, content, design, and account management teams to deliver impactful campaigns for multiple clients.
Stay ahead of email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and CRM innovations.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
Proven experience managing and optimizing automated email campaigns.
Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving agency environment.
Experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, or digital-first brands is a plus.
