Join a high-performing project management team supporting U.S. Air Force acquisition and sustainment programs.
Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for various projects within the program.
Work closely with the Program Manager and Project Managers to identify project tasks, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
Monitor project progress and performance against the IMS, identifying potential risks, delays, and issues.
Conduct regular schedule reviews and status meetings with cross-functional project teams to track progress and address scheduling concerns.
Conduct critical path analyses and schedule health and probabilistic risk assessments.
Prepare and present schedule status reports, updates, and forecasts to the Program Manager and other stakeholders.
Utilize scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Open Plan, Primavera, Acumen) to develop, manage, and analyze project schedules.
Identify and implement schedule management best practices and process improvements.
Comply with defense acquisition scheduling policies, standards, and guidelines.

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
Bachelor's degree; Associate's degree and FOUR (4) years of work experience may be used in lieu of Bachelor's
THREE (3) years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within defense acquisition environment
Strong knowledge of defense acquisition scheduling methodologies, tools, and best practices
Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Open Plan, Primavera, Acumen)
