Requirements
Over 10 years of experience in project and/or service delivery
Ability to build effective teams across large organizations (around 100 people) to deliver services to clients, and to lead high-performing cross-functional teams
Capability to integrate multiple service areas to deliver seamless client solutions
Experience in managing and governing multi-year contracts in large-scale B2B engagements
Ability to become a trusted advisor to clients by understanding business needs and driving revenue growth
Deep knowledge of operations management and cost estimation, with the ability to manage P&L for large contracts
