Responsible for making decisions that impact the demand and supply plans and communicating those decisions to stakeholders
Identify and resolve supply shortages
Own the supply portion of the Sales, Inventory and Operations planning (SIOP) process
Partner with the Demand Planning team to create executable supply plans across all value streams
Ensure supply is available to meet demand requirements within the planning horizon
Work with the Procurement team to ensure reliable supply of Raw Materials, Packaging and Components
Deploy new process changes, templates, and work on projects with other functions
Directly manage a team of production planners
Facilitate monthly supply planning meetings and ensure gaps are clearly understood and communicated
Influence and collaborate with key partners in marketing, demand planning and finance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or other business management subject area or related field is required.
At least 7 Years leadership experience in the Supply Chain, or related field.
Ideally Life Sciences manufacturing confirmed experience, or highly regulated field.
Proficiency in an Enterprise System, such as SAP, JDE, or another major ERP platforms as well as advanced planning tools (e.g., APO, Kinaxis, OMP, or similar).
Ability to build relationships across different parts of the organization: commercial, sales, marketing, product development, finance, engineering and manufacturing.
Deep knowledge in planning processes: supply planning, new product's introduction, material planning and SIOP processes.
Ability to thrive in a matrix and cross-functional team environment.
Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, including great presentations.
