Management of payrolls for multiple subsidiaries and sites (approx. 250 employees)
Application and management of several collective bargaining agreements
Social declarations: URSSAF, DSN, etc.
Full management and reporting of sick leave and workplace accidents
Support employees with payroll-related questions
You will work with the CEGID Paie software
Remote work: 1 day per week after the training period
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll (including work-study/apprenticeship or post-graduate experience)
Experience in an accounting firm is a plus
Education focused on payroll or social management (BTS, Bachelor's, Master's, apprenticeship, etc.)
First-hand payroll management experience (internship or apprenticeship included)
Proficiency in handling sick leave and workplace accidents — essential requirement
Ability to manage multiple collective bargaining agreements and multi-site environments
Additional asset (not required): Knowledge of CEGID Paie software
Experience in multi-site or multi-agreement environments
Personal qualities: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills (essential for managing multi-subsidiary complexity), commitment and autonomy in your work, good interpersonal skills and ability to coach employees, excellent written communication skills (emails, administrative letters), adaptability and versatility
