Play a critical leadership role in shaping DaVita’s clinical strategy and overseeing the execution of key initiatives that support our goals of improving patient quality of life.
Drive complex, cross-functional projects to design and operationalize innovative care models that improve patient outcomes, experience, and cost of care.
Lead initiatives spanning multiple workstreams within DaVita Kidney Care, ensuring clinical programs are thoughtfully designed and effectively executed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational strategies and clinical outcomes and appropriate prioritization of initiatives.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of key initiatives, ensuring that tools, workflows, and support structures are in place to maintain long-term impact and efficiency.
Monitor program performance, proactively identifying areas of improvement, and lead efforts to drive continuous improvement in program execution and outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
5-7 years of work experience, RN license/experience required
Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience
Strong analytical and presentation skills required
People leadership experience required
Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and gain credibility across broad stakeholder groups.
Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution to achieve impactful results.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate complex, evolving environments.
External vendor coordination and management
Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong project management capabilities, with experience leading multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to prioritize, evaluate, and manage workloads while identifying growth opportunities.
