About this role
Role Overview
Support pet owners throughout their journey with proactive follow-up
Conduct meaningful communication and service recovery
Manage post-visit follow-ups, review results with clients
Reach out to clients due for important care (vaccinations, health checks)
Use practice systems and CRM tools to track interactions
Identify trends and highlight opportunities for improvement
Requirements
Experience in a veterinary, healthcare or client-facing environment
Understanding of the emotional side of pet care
Confident speaking with clients, including during sensitive conversations
Comfortable managing high volume of follow-ups while staying organized and detail-focused
Experience with appointment booking, outbound calls, retention-focused work or clinical pathways (strong advantage but not essential)
