Requirements
Having a university degree in the IT field or in a related area of Project Management.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management within the IT Development industry. You know your stuff and understand how to deal with demanding clients; experience in consulting or a similar field is definitely valuable.
Proficiency in English communication is a must-have requirement. German communication skill is a plus.
Experience in cross-cultural communication with English speaking teams is essential. Additionally, familiarity with your Asian team is important; speaking Vietnamese or experience working with Vietnamese teams is a plus.
Strong project management skills, including expertise in planning, monitoring, controlling, and adjusting workflows as required.

The ability to assess risks effectively and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and business environments.
