You will independently lead CAPEX and optimization projects in production and packaging environments — from the initial idea through to successful handover to operations
You will plan and implement new process and packaging lines, develop project concepts and business cases, and successfully execute capacity expansions as well as equipment modifications and relocations
You will analyze existing production processes, identify optimization opportunities and implement measures to increase productivity, automation, OEE and equipment availability
You will prepare technical specifications and requirements documents, conduct feasibility and economic analyses, and support the selection and sizing of new equipment and production layouts
You will coordinate external partners and work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Controlling to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the required quality
You will support commissionings and production ramp-ups, train operations and maintenance teams, and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, health & safety and environmental standards

You hold a degree in Process Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical qualification
You have several years of experience in technical project management — ideally in the food, beverage or consumer goods industry
You have experience with production and packaging equipment, CAPEX and investment projects and possess knowledge of plant engineering and automation/process optimization
You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera; knowledge of SAP as well as CAD and layout software is an advantage
You demonstrate initiative, strong implementation skills, a structured and analytical way of working, entrepreneurial thinking, cost awareness and high problem-solving capability
You communicate confidently with different stakeholders and maintain an overview even when managing several projects in parallel
