About this role

Act as an intermediary between the funds and their investment managers
Train and supervise the accounting analysts on the team
Price and maintain records for hedge and private equity holdings
Perform timely reconciliations regarding Net Asset Values
Communicate transactions associated with the fund(s)
Work closely with internal and external clients to provide accurate accounting packages
Coordinate various year-end audit engagements in accordance with GAAP accounting standards
Perform due diligence to ensure compliance with government laws
Assist in managing a team environment with a focus on self-motivation and organization

BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 2 years experience in the fund services industry, alternatives experience preferred
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
Self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
