Drive and manage the R&D business operating program budget, ensuring alignment with targets in the site OPEX/CAPEX plan.
Publish monthly cost dashboards, providing detailed insights, and identifying risks and opportunities for efficient budget management.
Sanity check and validate monthly headcount actuals, highlighting any discrepancies to the relevant RPOs.
Manage and optimize BU capex expenditure for R&D programs, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
Collaborate with procurement and 3rd party management teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement processes.
Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships, fostering collaboration between R&D, finance, and other relevant departments.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas of improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in R&D Operations Management, engineering or a related field is required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D operations/program management, with a proven track record of success.
Proficiency in OPEX/CAPEX management tools, Actual Machine (Redbox data), and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
