Data intelligence: Produce reports and strategic analyses that translate consumer behavior into actionable insights.
Strategic liaison: Act as Elife's strategic representative with clients, positioning yourself as an authority on customer service and social media monitoring. You will be responsible for building bridges and supporting other areas of the company through data and analysis.
Active oversight: Lead onboarding, mentor the team, and raise performance standards through feedback rituals, calibration sessions, and integrations.
Technological forefront: Implement AI, agents and automations (n8n and other tools) to reduce manual work and focus on higher-value intellectual tasks.
Process engineering: Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows. If something can be improved, you will be the person to make it happen.
Crisis management: Act as the first line of detection in critical situations, defending the brand's reputation with agility and precision.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Radio & TV, Marketing, or related fields.
