About this role
Role Overview
Play a vital part in accelerating the growth of accounting and bookkeeping partners across New Zealand.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping firms realise full value of the Xero ecosystem.
Develop and execute territory plans to increase adoption of Business Edition plans.
Plan and host events designed to educate partners on mechanics and benefits of the Xero Partner programme.
Use Salesforce to manage relationship health and identify potential risk areas.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales performance within financial technology or accounting software environments.
Ability to create rapport and manage long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
Public speaking skills to present effectively at partner events and webinars.
Initiative and ability to work autonomously to meet and exceed expectations.
Passion for making a difference and intrigue for the emerging online accounting market.
