Junior Associate – Transfer Pricing

Role Overview

• Support the development and implementation of global transfer pricing policies.
• Assist with pricing calculations and maintain intercompany documentation.
• Provide data analysis for tax audits and regulatory queries.
• Gather and organize financial and operational data.
• Coordinate with teams in Finance, Operations, and Legal.
• Analyze financials and understand business performance.
• Assist in the rollout and implementation of new global transfer pricing policies.
• Support tax compliance and audit readiness.
• Help prepare transfer pricing documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in transfer pricing, corporate tax, or financial analysis (strong internship experience in these fields is highly welcome!).
• Strong quantitative skills, a solid understanding of financial/accounting basics, and high proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (our company language).
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• An enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Exposure to international tax principles or accounting standards (IFRS or US GAAP) preferred.
• Previous experience or an internship within a Big Four firm or a multinational corporate environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge or foundational understanding of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines preferred.
