As a key contributor to the Accounting team, the Revenue Accounting intern will provide support in reconciling and reporting on revenue.
The Revenue Accounting Intern will build strong partnerships with other areas of the Finance and Accounting teams, as well as with Development, People Culture & Equity, and other subject matter experts to drive efficiencies, facilitate data-driven decision making and add value to the Accounting Team.
The Revenue Accounting Intern will work closely with all members of Revenue Accounting to properly reconcile revenue accounts in accordance with GAAP.
Assist the Manager of Revenue and Sr. Revenue Accountant in the reconciliation of key revenue accounts.
Reconcile cash, credit card, and stock donations with bank statements and investigate and resolve variances.
Performs monthly revenue reconciliations as part of the financial closing process.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Ability to recognize and respond to problems in a highly professional, confidential and sensitive manner.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and be able to take the initiative to identify and solve potential problems.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft and Google products.
