Develop internal communications plans aligned with clients' needs
Plan and execute internal communications and organizational culture campaigns
Conduct consultative engagements, lead meetings, alignments, and presentations
Produce and review content for internal channels (newsletter, email, corporate TV, WhatsApp, and intranet)
Manage schedules, editorial calendars, and the workflow of requests with multidisciplinary teams
Ensure organization, quality, and adherence to deadlines

Proven experience in internal communications and communications planning
Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone and language for different audiences
Senior profile with autonomy, a strategic mindset, and strong organizational skills
Experience in a communications agency is a plus
