Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
14+ years of relevant work experience as an Oracle Director.
Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud programs, implementations, or related enterprise technology initiatives.
At least 10 years of project and portfolio management experience.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and profitable revenue streams.
Strong experience working with executive stakeholders and enterprise clients.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and global teams in complex environments.
Excellent leadership, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks, and business transformation initiatives.
