About this role
Role Overview
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management (creation, writing and refinement of user stories)
- Track the status of deliveries, identifying blockers and risks
- Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review and retrospective), recording decisions
- Elicit and document requirements with stakeholders (customer service, sales, marketing and operations)
- Keep product documentation up to date (flows, acceptance criteria and business rules)
- Monitor product metrics and support report generation
- Validate development deliveries together with the Product Owner (PO) before release
Requirements
- Familiarity with backlog management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello or similar)
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
- Strong writing skills for user stories, acceptance criteria and documentation
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Excel
- Ability to read and interpret data (spreadsheets and dashboards)
- Understanding of user journeys and digital product flows
