About this role
Role Overview
Manage interactions within WhatsApp communities (messages, questions, and engagement), ensuring clarity, coherence, and timely responses;
Support maintaining the brand's active presence in groups and communities;
Publish and organize content according to the editorial plan;
Consistently apply the brand's Tone of Voice across different contexts;
Monitor interactions and identify opportunities, recurring topics, and potential points of attention;
Interact with users and other community stakeholders;
Assist in preparing basic performance and community engagement reports;
Identify trends, opportunities, and potential communication crises;
Work collaboratively with creative, content, media, and customer service teams;
Contribute insights for campaigns, content, and communication initiatives.
Requirements
Experience as a Community Manager or in managing digital communities
Experience with routines for managing WhatsApp groups/communities and interacting with audiences
Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt language and tone
Organized and able to handle multiple communities simultaneously
Availability for immediate start
Experience with large brands or high volumes of interactions
Experience with monitoring and social listening tools is a plus
Previous agency experience
Knowledge of crisis management on social media
Experience in short-term projects or more dynamic formats
Fluent in English
