Key Account Management: You will take ownership of our most important key account — a leading German purchasing consortium — maintain the relationship, systematically open up access to the connected retailers and grow the volume.
Acquiring new purchasing consortiums: You will drive access to the next strategic targets in the industry, from the first cold outreach call through the pitch to getting listed. We already have a pipeline for this.
Developing direct customers: You will systematically expand existing direct customers and win new accounts in office supplies and e-commerce.
Unlocking manufacturing customers: You will identify companies with needs for custom magnetic solutions (automotive suppliers, electrical appliance manufacturers, furniture and kitchen manufacturers) and win them as direct customers via cold outreach.
Hands-on acquisition: You will make 40+ cold calls per week yourself. The phone is your primary tool.
Team building: In the medium term you will lead an SDR who will support you with outbound acquisition.
Requirements
Sales experience: You bring 2–4 years of B2B sales experience — ideally in consumer goods, office supplies, DIY/home improvement, or technical components sales.
Hunter mentality: You’re comfortable on the phone. 40+ well-prepared calls per week are not a problem for you — they are your tool.
Account management: You understand that a signed contract is only the beginning. You actively nurture relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Entrepreneurial mindset: You don’t just see the product — you see the customer solution. You argue with numbers, margins, and clear revenue potential.
Languages: You negotiate confidently in German (C2). As our internal company language is English, you also have business-fluent English (C1).
Digitally savvy: You work routinely with CRM tools, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator — or are willing to learn them quickly.
Plus: Existing network within purchasing consortiums, office trade, or manufacturing industries.
