Senior HR Business Partner

Role Overview

• Strategic and influential Senior HR Business Partner role
• Shape and deliver the people agenda across UK operations
• Drive organisational performance, strengthen culture, and enable teams to thrive
• Collaborate with UK and Global HR Team and Leadership Team
• Support integration and alignment across Canada, USA, and the UK
• Occasional travel between various sites as required

Requirements

• Extensive experience operating at HRBP level in complex, technical or multi‑site environments
• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience; Chartered CIPD (MCIPD/Chartered MCIPD) desirable and/or coaching qualifications (ILM, EMCC, ICF) are an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law with proven experience managing complex employee relations matters and advising senior leaders
• Demonstrated ability to shape culture, lead organisational change, and implement performance and development frameworks
• Excellent communication, coaching and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience developing HR policies, leading recruitment and retention strategies, and using HR data to inform decisions
• Ability to obtain and maintain BPSS or SC clearance
• Comfortable working across UK sites and internationally, with occasional travel required
