Drive account profitability, support and implement RFQ's and ensure alignment with customer and CEVA goals
Collaborate with cross-functional and virtual teams to deliver seamless, innovative supply chain solutions
Be one of the go-to experts in advanced logistics and supply chain strategies for the Aerospace and Defense sector

Proven track record (5+ years) in international account management
Experience leading multicultural (virtual) teams
Expertise in supply chain, logistics, and the Aerospace & Defense industry
Advanced negotiation, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on delivering results
Excellent knowledge on Air and Ocean is a huge plus
Fluency in English and strong cultural awareness
A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is a plus
