Manage, monitor and renew the insurance programs for which you are responsible;
Analyze the Group’s activities to adapt insurance coverage accordingly;
Oversee day-to-day insurance policies and manage the Civil Liability, Financial Lines and Cyber programs;
Monitor risks in collaboration with Risk Engineers and brokers;
Assess values and implement local insurance policies;
Integrate new subsidiaries and sites into the insurance programs;
Coordinate internationally and harmonize coverages;
Review commercial contracts and adjust insurance programs as needed;
Participate in strategic projects;
Prepare and negotiate policy renewals;
Analyze terms and pricing and implement the Group’s insurance strategy;
Monitor technical performance of policies and provide corrective recommendations for each entity.

Master’s degree in Insurance, Business School or equivalent;
Minimum 10 years’ experience in broking, insurance companies or corporate risk management;
Proven expertise in Civil Liability, Financial Lines and Cyber insurance;
Strong knowledge of the transport and logistics sectors;
Mastery of international insurance programs and integration of local policies;
Proficiency in renewals, placement and negotiation processes;
Fluent English (daily communication);
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools and AI applications;
Commitment, rigor, responsiveness, organizational skills, adaptability and dynamism;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate;
Team player, comfortable in multicultural environments;
Project management skills, autonomy and initiative-taking.
