About this role
Role Overview
- You and your team are responsible for testing our campus management software, academyFIVE, according to defined quality criteria and for ensuring high product quality
- You are responsible for the continuous development and implementation of our test strategy and for embedding quality sustainably into the development process
- You develop structured test concepts for customer-specific configurations and implement them together with our project management team and in coordination with our customers
- You create and own test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for new features and product enhancements
- You drive test automation using modern tools and continuously evolve our test landscape
- You analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and help teams eliminate root causes of defects
- You ensure transparent reporting and documentation of test results using appropriate metrics and dashboards
Requirements
- Excellent German at a native level and fluent English, both written and spoken
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of proven experience in test management for complex software solutions
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies in the software development lifecycle and knowledge of PHP
- Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Basic programming skills in HTML and JavaScript; ideally also TypeScript
- Experience with test automation and related tools
- Structured way of working, strong analytical skills, and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships
- High quality standards and the motivation to critically evaluate and sustainably improve existing processes
