You and your team are responsible for testing our campus management software, academyFIVE, according to defined quality criteria and for ensuring high product quality
You are responsible for the continuous development and implementation of our test strategy and for embedding quality sustainably into the development process
You develop structured test concepts for customer-specific configurations and implement them together with our project management team and in coordination with our customers
You create and own test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for new features and product enhancements
You drive test automation using modern tools and continuously evolve our test landscape
You analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and help teams eliminate root causes of defects
You ensure transparent reporting and documentation of test results using appropriate metrics and dashboards
Requirements
Excellent German at a native level and fluent English, both written and spoken
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of proven experience in test management for complex software solutions
Solid understanding of testing methodologies in the software development lifecycle and knowledge of PHP
Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
Basic programming skills in HTML and JavaScript; ideally also TypeScript
Experience with test automation and related tools
Structured way of working, strong analytical skills, and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships
High quality standards and the motivation to critically evaluate and sustainably improve existing processes
