You conduct keyword and visibility research as well as competitive analyses
You plan and organize events – from webinars to industry conferences
You continuously refine our buyer personas and customer journeys as the foundation for all content activities
You manage the strategic editorial calendar and coordinate closely with marketing, sales, and customer teams
You ensure all content reflects a consistent brand voice, a clear point of view, and the highest quality
You drive process optimization and automation and implement AI-supported workflows within the team
You analyze content and paid performance using tools such as HubSpot Analytics or Google Analytics
Requirements
Several years of experience developing and implementing successful B2B content strategies for lead generation – ideally in an agency setting or in the tech industry
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, content structure, and how search engines work
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive clear actions from data
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to make complex topics engaging and easy to understand
Experience leading a team and collaborating with multiple departments
Confident use of common marketing and SEO tools such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Sistrix, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics
Openness to new technologies, in particular the use of AI and automated workflows in marketing
