Lead Thérapi’s strategic marketing planning across the company and its product lines;
Develop and strengthen the brand positioning at all consumer touchpoints;
Coordinate institutional, promotional campaigns and product launches;
Work on product development and portfolio management, monitoring trends, opportunities and product line performance;
Plan integrated actions with the commercial team to support sell-in and sell-out;
Manage the campaigns, activations and seasonal initiatives calendar;
Monitor performance indicators, budgets and results of marketing initiatives;
Support growth strategies for digital channels, e-commerce, marketplaces and social media;
Structure initiatives with influencers, affiliates and strategic partners;
Lead projects to strengthen the brand, consumer experience and demand generation;
Ensure alignment between branding, product, commercial and communications teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field;
Previous experience in marketing management and project leadership;
Experience in branding, strategic planning and campaign management;
Experience in product development and portfolio management;
Organized, proactive profile with business acumen;
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Execution-oriented, able to turn strategy into action.
