Act as the technical reference for Cloud environments, supporting and guiding the team on best practices
Ensure system reliability through SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, monitoring and incident response)
Support and lead the resolution of critical incidents, ensuring rapid mitigation and efficient service recovery
Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and postmortems, promoting continuous improvement and reducing recurrence
Enhance observability across environments by structuring monitoring, logging, metrics and alerts
Promote process automation and reduce manual toil through scripting and Infrastructure as Code
Support change reviews (RFC/CAB), performing risk analysis and validating deployments
Support cloud architecture decisions, taking into account security, performance, scalability and cost
Mentor and develop the technical team, promoting growth and best practices
Work collaboratively with Cloud, SRE, Architecture, Security and business teams

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Strong experience in cloud computing and production environments
Experience as a technical lead or technical reference for teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
Good communication skills and the ability to influence technically and interact with stakeholders
