Attend regular 1:1s and team meetings with business leaders to ensure strong alignment and proactive support.
Mitigate people-related challenges, such as disciplinary issues, grievances, conflicts, and attrition risks.
Oversee and coordinate performance management cycles, salary reviews, and goal-setting processes.

Proven HR Partnering Experience: 2 to 3+ years of dedicated experience as an HR Business Partner, with a track record of driving impactful people strategies.
Solid Employment Law Foundation: Strong, practical knowledge of Czech labor law, HR policies, and modern workplace best practices.
Trusted Advisor: Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to connect with, support, and influence both employees and business leaders at all levels.
Data-Driven & Analytical: A natural knack for numbers—someone who can analyze HR metrics, spot meaningful trends, and translate data into practical, real-world solutions.
