Requirements
Proven experience leading and delivering change projects within a large, complex organisation—preferably in public sector, housing, or regulated industries.
A recognised project or programme management certification (PRINCE2, MSP, PMP) or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Change Management methodologies.
Experience delivering digital transformation projects, including cloud-based solutions and enterprise-wide system implementations.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills—able to navigate complex relationships, communicate effectively, and influence at all levels.
A collaborative leader, able to bring teams together, drive engagement, and embed new ways of working.
