Assess processes mapped by clients and/or the DPOnet backoffice support team, performing the appropriate legal classification in accordance with the legal bases of Brazil's LGPD
Review processes already classified based on the Standard Processes List, ensuring standardization for identical or similar workflows
Draft advanced (N2) responses for the Customer Service (SAC), resolving legal questions about data protection, questionnaires, and contract clause analyses (under management guidance)
Develop legal FAQs to facilitate clients' and partners' understanding
Analyze DPOnet platform features and propose continuous improvements with a focus on privacy
Monitor and review updates to doctrines, case law, and guidelines issued by the ANPD (Brazilian Data Protection Authority)
Provide consultative support to other internal departments to address objections and prepare technical materials
Requirements
Law degree (completed)
At least 6 months of practical experience in legal support or in the data protection field
Ability to apply multidisciplinary legal reasoning related to the LGPD
Excellent written communication to answer legal queries in simple, clear, and direct language
Willingness to work in a dynamic, agile, and innovative manner
Knowledge of the LGPD (desirable)
Ongoing awareness of ANPD decisions and privacy developments in Brazil (desirable)
Familiarity with the SaaS company ecosystem (desirable)
