Independent management of a permanent client portfolio across various legal forms and industries
Support on tax structuring issues and special projects (e.g., succession planning, international tax law and M&A)
Cross-practice and international collaboration (e.g., with RÖDL teams worldwide)
Preparation and review of annual financial statements and tax returns
Ongoing tax advice on all matters of day-to-day business
Communication with tax authorities and support during tax audits
Professional guidance and development of the associates in our team
Requirements
Successfully passed the German tax advisor exam (Steuerberaterexamen)
Several years of professional experience in ongoing tax advisory services
Independent, structured and client-oriented working style
Confident manner in direct client contact
Solid knowledge of German tax law and accounting/financial reporting
Team spirit, commitment and high quality standards
Interest in further developing our digital service delivery processes
