Preparation of well-founded tax structure papers to serve as decision-making basis for our clients
Drafting and support of applications for binding rulings from the tax authorities
Independent tax structuring of complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
Proactive execution of tax due diligence
Analysis of complex tax issues and development of practical solution approaches
Close international and interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues worldwide
Continuous development of our advisory approaches, processes and digital tools to make client projects more efficient, innovative and scalable
Requirements
University degree in economics or law, or a comparable qualification with above-average academic results
Working towards or already passed the tax advisor exam (Steuerberaterexamen)
Professional experience in tax advisory for domestic and international companies
Analytical skills and a structured way of working on complex tax and transaction structures
Excellent knowledge of corporate and international tax law and a long-term interest in tax planning and transaction advisory
Confident use of digital tools, in particular AI-supported applications
Professional communication skills in German and English
