Develop advanced analyses for data from the Defense Metaverse, particularly from tactical simulations, agent behavior, situational pictures, tracks, event sequences and decision-making processes
Support the analysis of real-world data from physical sensors, tests, demonstrators and field trials
Build analysis pipelines, dashboards and reports to visualize tactical performance, AI behavior, system responses, detection quality, track quality, time series/trends, sensor coverage and decision logic
Develop metrics and evaluation logic for defense-relevant questions
Collaborate with software development, AI development, simulation engineering, military subject-matter experts and project management
Prepare and present results for technical teams as well as military and industrial stakeholders

Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, data science, technical data analysis, sensor data analytics, simulation analytics or a comparable technical analysis environment
Proficient in Python, SQL, Pandas, Jupyter or comparable analysis tools
Experience with complex technical data such as time series, sensor data, tracking data, geospatial data, telemetry, simulation data, log data or event data
Ability to independently develop analysis approaches, structure data sources, define appropriate metrics and communicate results convincingly
Strong interest in defense, armed forces, security architectures or military technology
Very good German language skills and good English language skills
Valid work permit for Germany and willingness to work in Germany
