Develop and deliver executive-level briefings, talking points, status reports, and presentations for senior federal leadership audiences (think C-suite equivalent government officials)
Translate complex cloud migration and IT modernization program activity into clear, concise executive narratives using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Support cloud schedule tracking and reporting, turning data into visual dashboards and program summaries that inform leadership decisions
Respond rapidly to ad-hoc data calls and tasking requests from government leads
Coordinate with technical team members to gather, synthesize, and accurately represent program status, risks, and accomplishments
Manage program documentation, action item tracking, and recurring reporting cadences
Support development of talking points and materials for external government conferences and interagency engagements
Maintain knowledge management content using Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a role where producing polished briefings, reports, or executive communications was central
The ability to absorb technical information quickly and retell it clearly to a non-technical audience
Strong command of Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; you should be able to build a compelling executive slide deck without a template
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; you are comfortable presenting your work to senior stakeholders
Experience supporting federal IT programs, cloud migration initiatives, or government IT modernization efforts
Familiarity with cloud migration and tools (AWS, Azure, or similar)
AWS Cloud Practitioner/Architect certification
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI experience needed)
Background in an advisory environment where you regularly prepared materials for senior decision-makers
