Role Overview
- Take ownership of IFRS accounting across Turkey and Distributor Markets
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting
- Lead the monthly close process
- Manage IFRS adjustments
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Provide insights and maintain strong governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- A degree or diploma in Finance/Accounting and a professional accounting certification
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and accounting systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Very good written and spoken English
- Strong collaboration skills
- A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and quality
